Bought item wich came ruined, i did not ask seller for anything but i got this from him is that ok?

You’re a POS crybaby punk…just causing me hassle from the start. You’re address is a scam, you can’t spell, your questions are dumb af, and you intentionally damaged the item for what you think will be in your favor, and then go out of your way to leave a negative review. I have eyes on you pal! Do the world a favor and go off yourself.

Report the message/seller to Ebay.

There should be three dots (...) at the top of the email which will open a link to report it.

Don't respond to the seller.

Don't read any of their messages.

The correct way to have dealt with this would be to open a return and give the seller or Ebay a chance to sort out the issue of your purchase arriving damaged.

Wow!

Firstly, do not even give this person the time of day with a response, just proceed this way.

If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery you are guaranteed a full refund,  under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.

Just proceed this way:

You have received an item not as described,  go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.

Horrid message you received and wouldn't be surprised if you received more, ignore them all, do not reply, and yes you may leave a negative feedback to describe your experience with this seller, but one tip keep it really polite, as I'm sure they'll dig themselves a big hole by responding to your feedback , which will be read by future potential buyers,  and seeing what kind of seller they would be dealing with,  my money is on them running a mile and buying elsewhere!
