hey everyone.

so about a month ago ebay sent me a mc011 with a request for docs such as invoices and bank statements. i send over the invoices i had but i sent the wrong bank statements which i didnt realise, so i re sent everything with correct statements aswell as pics of my I.D and my home office with my stock in it to show im not drop shipping. they have still banned but wont state why? they just say im a risk to ebay buyers. im not sure how i am.. if they dont tell me how i can i prove other wise?

i am a legit company registered with companies house etc. i havnt told any lies or made any threats..not even spoke to anyone in a unpolite manor.

ive been calling and emailing ebay with the past 5-6 weeks to resolve this how ever im met with a brick wall, ive even reached out to free lance agencies to help me how ever with out knowing why im being prosecuted by ebay it is extremely hard to figure out how to best calm ebays concerns and show that im not a risk im just a honest guy trying to build a company .

any one out there able to help at all?

What was the restriction? 

If it was described as ' indefinite' or  ' permanent '  then,  that's a lifetime ban there's no comeback from that, and eBay Customer Services will not discuss it.

If it's only a restriction still requiring  some documentation, then only CS can tell you this,  and I know you have constantly called them,  but it truly depends on who you get on the other line.  Try very first thing on a weekday morning, 8 a.m. when lines first open and there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

As said,  I  recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

adding to the advice already given -

In your pm to me you say  "but ebay had blocked me for life with out telling me why".

Unfortunately that means you can never sell on eBay again.

A possible problem ( we obviously don’t have access to your account) may be your DSR’s your feedback is under 94% and there is a mixed bag of comments from buyers which could be cause of the mc011.

if you are able to screenshot the email here with out any of your personal details we may be able to give further advice, but as @tressygirl  mentions the wording on this message is critical as to whether it’s a temporary ban or permanent.

yeah its a life time one sadly. its just so heart-breaking, if i knew what i di wrong then i could at least work at it or accept responsibility for it how ever no reason to it that im aware off. no warnings leading up to it or anything
