all my orders delivered successfully, my account suspended in mc011 , all my funds now hold, will ebay release my funds or not?

Have they said it's a permanent suspension?   In most cases eBay requires additional verification. Once you submit the information eBay will decide whether to reinstate the account or suspend it permanently.   If the account is permanently suspended the funds will typically be held for 90 to 180 days.   They would only keep money relating to any unresolved claims.

Thank you for your kind response. Yes, eBay requested some documentation
and invoices, but due to certain reasons, I was unable to provide them,
which led to the permanent suspension of my account.

However, all my orders were successfully delivered to clients, and I have
received positive feedback from them.

My main concern is: Will eBay release my funds within 90 to 180 days, or is
there a possibility that the funds may be permanently withheld even though
there are no claims from clients?

They cannot keep your money so it will be released to you eventually.
