Hi, sorry for my bad English, I have a main account on eBay for almost two years, without any problems or comments, ratings are good. I decided to add direction on other products and created another account in my name, I did everything as always, after adding 5 listings I received a letter that my new account is blocked forever, the support service first asked for my documents saying that I need to verify my identity, I sent all that they and then still said that my account is blocked without the possibility to appeal, how to develop on eBay if such an attitude to sellers and support service is useless.

Not sure why ebay blocked your other account without appeal but once they do that they won't  change their mind.   Hopefully you can develop your existing account in the way you want.   Good luck with your sales.   And by the way, your English is excellent.
