Yodel label not scanning at store

I have printed multiple times the ebay label but none of the Yodel stores I've been to dispatch the item were able to scan it. Would you have any suggestions on how can solve this?

Yodel label not scanning at store

If you Google the issue - Yodel label not scanning at store  - there are various suggestions but it does seem to be quite a common problem.   If nothing solves it you could cancel the label and buy your own postage, eg. from your post office.

 

To cancel go to orders, select postage labels on the left-hand side, then go to the actions dropdown menu next to the label and select Void Label.   

 

If you buy your own postage remember to add the tracking number and mark dispatched manually via the dropdown actions arrow for the item on your orders page.
