If you Google the issue - Yodel label not scanning at store - there are various suggestions but it does seem to be quite a common problem. If nothing solves it you could cancel the label and buy your own postage, eg. from your post office.
To cancel go to orders, select postage labels on the left-hand side, then go to the actions dropdown menu next to the label and select Void Label.
If you buy your own postage remember to add the tracking number and mark dispatched manually via the dropdown actions arrow for the item on your orders page.
