Hi,
I'm trying to chase up my "fee credit" (compensation) for a parcel I sold which was lost by simple delivery (evri). The buyer opened a case, I issued a refund....
I've been going round in circles for ages. I used Resolver in the end with Evri, who got back to me saying it was eBay's issue not theirs...
ebay policy say I should have had an automatic fee credit.
I haven't.
The chat bot is no help, is there an email I can try or something?

If an item is lost when you used Simple delivery it is ebay that refunds, not you.
There is no mechanism to get that refunded to you if you mistakenly do the refund yourself.
What 'fee credit' do you mean?

Unlike business sellers, private sellers don't pay fees so there are no fees to be credited when a buyer is refunded.

If you had promoted fees or things such as a reserve etc these are non refundable.
