Warning: My Experience After Switching to Evri (Please Read Before You Do)

Hi everyone,

 

I wanted to share my experience as a warning to other sellers who may be considering switching to Evri.

Since moving from Royal Mail/DPD to Evri, our delivery performance has dropped significantly. Delays have become the norm rather than the exception. Next-day services regularly take 3-5 days, and standard services can take up to 10 days. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Scotland have taken anywhere from 10–15 days.

Because of this, we’ve had:

  • Loss of Top Rated Seller status

  • A large increase in customer complaints

  • Zero reliable escalation support

  • Very slow claims handling if approved 

  • No account management that actually resolves anything

We went into this expecting to cut costs, but instead we’ve lost time, reputation and sales — and the stress dealing with delayed tracking and upset customers hasn’t been worth it.

 

If any Evri sales reps approach your business to promote their service, please think twice before signing. In my experience, this was not an upgrade -  it was a step backwards.

We are now moving back to Royal Mail as quickly as possible.

Hopefully this helps someone before they make the same mistake.
