I am reaching out because I have been experiencing ongoing difficulties verifying my business information for my eBay shop. The system keeps showing the following message:
“The legal entity type (e.g. LLC, Corp, Inc.) on your company document does not match your eBay account. Update your eBay account to your correct legal entity type.”
I am based in Greece, and my official business registration documents are in Greek. Initially, I entered my business details in English, but since the verification failed, I also tried entering them in Greek. Unfortunately, the issue persists.
Could you please review my account manually and advise me on how to proceed? My business is a registered sole proprietorship (“Ατομική Επιχείρηση”), and I would appreciate your guidance on how to ensure the information matches eBay’s requirements.
