We have a few retail shops and would like to start selling on ebay marketplace.

My question is are there any rules on what can be sold.

The quick answer to your question is yes, of course there are rules on what you can sell on the site.

You can use 'Help & contact' (top left of your Ebay page) and put in search terms like 'selling vapes' to get detailed and accurate information directly from Ebay.
