Could you please tell me where I stand in the circumstance of buying a van that is listed as “no rot or rust” that had a shoddy paint job to cover up rust and rot and wasn’t described as should be that was a 6hr drive away so did not look at it before it was purchased. Yes viewing should’ve been done but the seller surely should’ve described accurately? Even with talks on the phone I was told it was “perfect”. Thanks
