I sold some curtians which were used but in good condition buyer has recieved them but is saying not as descibed and some repair has been done to them and wants a refund.
These curtians were in good condition and there were no repairs done to them i sent them in a good condition considing they were used buyer only paid £ 4 for them + postage i have asked for pic of the repair im suposed to have done but no reply. Im happy to send refund as a good will gesture but i dont send why i should pay buyers postage to send back. I always get good feedback on things i sell.
Anyone had probs like this .???
