Untrusted seller

I've proven that a watch strap I've bought is incorrect to description. First email from seller claimed it was my fault. Second email offered a refund if I remove my negative feedback. Strap was only £4 but the principal has left me sour.

You don't have to waste time negotiating with the seller.

Just read and use eBay's money back guarantee. Ther is alink to it in every listing, or see: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/

Buying from sellers in China isn't like the High Street. The good news is it looks as though this seller's items are located in a distribution address in the UK. If this applies to yours there will be no problem with the return - eBay will require them to send you a prepaid return label if they want the item back.
