Unsafe battery charger recall

I need to send back a unsafe battery charger under a recall i had a email from Ebay asking me to send it back but I brought it a couple of years ago and Ebay has been making go round and round and I can't get to speak to a person it just keeps saying pick a item

Sorry ebay won't help.  They still only allow 30 days for claims.  The only way you would get a refund would direcr from the seller and that's unlikely.

You are way too late to send it back.

The best thing to do is to safely dispose of it - your local recycling centre will probably accept it.
