Now you have the item back, you need to refund the buyer everything they paid by cancelling the order citing .... Problem with Buyer's Address.
You then relist the item, if the buyer wishes to buy the item again they need to pay the postage cost you have on the listing.
Why was it returned? If there's an issue with the address, or buyer not being home to receive it, the same issue may arise again ?
