Unable to send message to seller - No text box to enter message shown??

I am trying to contact a seller about their product which has been received ok.

When I click through the "Contact seller" option I only see a window on the RHS

with the sellers message and a image like a mountain range with a dot, if I click on

this symbol, a new window opens which is expecting me to upload a file???? There does not

appear to be anywhere to type a message. I am using a Chromebook with the the

latest software updates. What is going on with this messaging system?

Don't  click on that mountain icon but to the right a little bit greyed out should be send message, click on that,  it becomes brighter write your message then to the right click on the arrow.

It may also be the device you are using?  If you can switch to a PC / laptop and use Chrome as a browser that might help.

ok that works, even on a Chromebook. Not very intuitive for a 78 year old, but thanks again.
