Unable to mark an item as 'dispatched'

hello,

I sold and dispatched an item but I'm unable to mak it as dispatched. There is no option on the drop down list. I've been selling for a long time so I know where to find it but on 1 item- it's impossible. How can I get it fixed please?

This may be a devise or browser issue,  may also be worth clearing cache and cookies,  too.

Use the Seller Hub ,  and perhaps a PC / laptop with Chrome if you can,  then click on the item sold,  top left to View Order Details.  Far right from More Actions drop down you'll see Mark as Dispatched and where to add any tracking numbers.

thank you but I've done everything you mentioned and there is still no option to mark as dispatched- please see the screenshot. I don't want eBay to mark this transaction in any negative was as I sent the item a few days ago- the system is just not letting me do the usual. Is there any way this could be solved?

I always go to items paid and waiting dispatch, use the three vertical dots and POSTAGE lights up and can be marked that way.

I wish that worked for me John- tried and as per screenshot- no 'mark as dispatched' option there either 😞

Is there a way of someone from the eBay team to look into it as this items is showing as overdue dispatch and I can't fix it. It must be a technical glitch as I've tried all options above

I presume you have already tried ACTIONS.

Ebay and their Glitches, time they got themselves sorted out.
