Unable to make an offer for an item .

Hi . I`m trying to make an offer on an item . I click on one of the offer amounts automatically  suggested and then a automatic page comes up 

We looked everywhere . Looks like this page is missing

Yep,  you and many others facing the same issue.

It's been a technical problem for many weeks now.

eBay we are told are aware,  but to date,  no fix date announced.
