Unable to cancel order

Placed an order by accident and went to cancel straightaway, was notified I was too early to cancel so waited and managed to after 9minutes. The seller cancelled my request as they had apparently already posted the item which I struggled to believe within 9 minutes. Where do I go from here? TIA

If the seller refuses to cancel ebay cannot force them.    If they are business sellers you will be able to return the item or resell it yourself.
