I don't know how UPS drivers pass their driving tests as none can read. I had ordered a pack of screwdrivers to be delivered by UPS. I live in retirement housing and on the panel outside the main front door are buttons for each flat. Because mine ends with an A, above the buttons is a notice which says for a flat ending with A, press a 3 numbers; and it gives that number. Twice now UPS have said they attempted delivery and twice they haven't read the notice and have taken the item to be picked up from a shop which is miles away from where I live. I don't have a car and would have to go by taxi there and back costing more than the screwdrivers. I sent a message to the seller who kindly said they would ask UPS to return the item to them and have already given me a refund. Today and yesterday, eBay have said that UPS will be delivering the items. UPS are absolute rubbish.
