Turn off simple delivery

I want to list an item without using simple delivery. The item is 100cm long so too large for simple delivery options. It is 100cm x 15cm x 15cm and under 2kg so not worth the oversized option you get. I know evri accept this size parcel for their standard rate so I really need to list using my own postage.

If it's not covered by any of the simple delivery exemptions then I am afraid you have to use it.

Ebay added DHL to deal with large items.

And what would be a simple delivery exemption? I can't justify charging somebody that price for delivery when it is not needed.
