Trying to combine postage

I have a buyer who wants to combine postage for 3 items.  

I cannot refund extra postage paid because I don't pay it in the first place!!  I have been on virtual assistant most of the day and got nowhere.  I am ready to jump off a bridge with frustration.  Somebody please HELP ME 🙄

You can either just go ahead and combine but you may have to wait 14 days for payment.   The cost of unused labels will be refunded automatically to buyer in 30 days.

Or cancel with buyer's agreement and relist items on one listing with one postage for them to buy again.
