Hi, the seller of the Singer 306k machine I bought on 11th October 2025 sent his driver on 27th October 2025 to pick up the sewing machine from my appointment, he has refused to refund my money and I don't understand why u guys are still asking me to return the item that has already been picked up.

You need to contact eBay Customer Services and explain what has happened here, but you have no tracking to prove the item was collected.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
