I have sold 2 items, purchaser has paid for the items and the postage, however, i can already see the postage will not cover the weight (and size) of the combined package and the address seems to be incorrect, i have 3 questions/feedbacks;
(1) How do i combine postage of multiple items that have been paid for, the option does not exist in any of the drop downs?
(2) There is no option for modifying the address, the fields are more aligned to US with the address line 1 picking up partial house name, address line 2 does not have enough characters to pick up the name of the town and address line 3 (city) picks up county adress line 4 is State/Provence.
(3) How to upload tracking if i use the same service but purchase independantly (i am more concerned with getting the right postage amount and the item going to the correct address than losing out on postage?
(4) Evri appears to be the only option? - I would normally prefer to use post office with doorstep collection?
