Standard Promoted Listing Option is not Available?

Hi, 

I've a business seller account recently created but wonder, I can't see any standard listing promotion option available for any of my listing. Please if anyone know help regarding this?

You probably  can't promote items on eBay UK because you likely haven't met the eligibility criteria, which require you to be an Above Standard or Top Rated seller with a good seller performance rating and sufficient account activity. 

Your account may also need to be active and in good standing for a period of time before Promoted Listings becomes available, and you are a new seller.

Be aware too,  not all items are eligible for promotion.
