Thank you, that helps explain, they live in Inverness though, surely that's not too difficult a place to take a parcel lol?
That aside though, why doesn't eBay have an automatic tool in place to charge the buyer the difference / additional cost if post fees are higher than stipulated because of the area the buyer lives in, why does it fall on the seller to pay it?
This will mean that it's a complete lottery on whether I've got the right costs listed... leaving me the only option of putting my postage costs at the higher amount incase the buyer happens to be from one of those areas, putting me at an immediate disadvantage on pricing?
