Sold item broke while i was parcelling it

I sold a tripod plus tripod carry bag.  I was parcelling the item, i zipped up the tripod bag and the zip broke.

I contacted the buyer, told them the zip had broke, asked them if they wanted a refund or reduced price.

They said reduced price.  Being Ebay it's difficult to work out how to do stuff.

I just canncelled the order and proceeded to give them the refund.

The customer still wants the item, but I don't know how to sell it to them specifically at a rduced rate.  Please help!

If you have fully refunded the buyer, just relist the item as a 'buy it now' with the lower price.

Let the buyer know so they can buy it straight away.
