I'm afraid if there's no tracking to show delivery, you will get your money, but there will be a minimum of a 14 day wait for its release.
One used to be able to ask Customer Services to update new tracking not sure if they still do but if you wish to ask, there's no harm.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
