Simple ain’t simple

I’m the seller.  Received a notification from Royal Mail parcel has been delivered to a safe place.  On their website I am unable to track and see A photo of the safe place as I have to verify the postcode.  I don’t have the postcode as it was only in the label.  Simple Delivery is NOT SIMPLE.  In future I will now have to copy the label! I’m really starting to hate eBay

The SD tracking should be automatically updated on ebay.   It's the buyer who chooses a safe place but if item is lost in transit ebay will issue the refund and you keep the payment.

You are selling new items so should register as a business seller on ebay then you won't have to use Simple Delivery.
