Simple Delivery - Oversize Package and ParcelForce

Hi,

It is getting harder and harder to communicate with a human. AI assistants are amazingly stupid and not helpful. I tried asking this question to eBay's AI assistant and got rubbish. Hopefully a human with AI (Actual Intelligence) will reply to this message.

I am selling some Lego sets. I want to send them in special cardboard boxes I have bought specifically for sending them. The boxes are outside Royal Mail's and EVRI's parcel size limits. How do I select ParcelForce when I am making my advertisement. Stupid - sorry Simple - Delivery only gives me Royal Mail and EVRI as options. Any help or suggestions would be welcome.

You're supposed to be able to opt out of SD so you can choose postage for larger items.   The opt-out isn't working at the moment but see the workaround solution on here:
