A buyer in USA has been told I don’t ship to America and he cannot pay. I had Global Shipping activated and no countries blocked. Is global shipping to USA still suspended?
It may be related to the item. If they've bought it you could cancel and relist with direct postage to the USA for them to buy again. If using Royal Mail you can check their prices on their website. You'll need World Zone 3.
