Sent wrong size trainers to buyer

Hi, I've sent the wrong  trainers to buyer and asked for them to be returned however, buyer is now not responding.

How do I start a return request to the buyer?

there's no return request that a seller can start.

All you can do is ask the buyer to open a not as described case and deal with matters through the case.

There is nothing you can do through eBay.

You will just have to wait for the buyer to respond.

If they are the trainers they wanted but in the wrong size, it is in the buyer's best interests for them to start a return.

Maybe prompt them to begin the process by sending a link:

You are responsible for supplying buyer with a return label.

It is all part of the process of buyer opening a not as described case. This sort of mistake proves expensive for the seller
