I don't really know what you are asking but you can't send photos to Customer Services.
No matter how well you packed an item, if it arrives damaged or broken, you have to refund the buyer and make your own claim against the carrier/Royal Mail.
Once Simple Delivery is mandatory, you won't be responsible for such claims.
If you explain what has happened and ask a specific question, you will get more useful advice.
