This is very concerning and very worrying, I have listed and sold some items on eBay anyway a buyer knows my location how is that possible he knows my post town.. will he have been given my address from eBay. I haven’t sent the item yet. Just wondering how he knew my town location

All listings have the seller's town name on them.    Nothing more than that.

No, they  will not get your full address, but they will know the general location.

This is what it says on your listings for everybody to see:

Your listings have Hounslow on them.   Buyer doesn't get a private seller's address unless they open a return and then it's on the postage label.   Business sellers have their full address on their listings.

Your item location is just shown as 'Hounslow' on your listings. I'm failing to see how this is either concerning or worrying?

 

Your full address will be on the postage label that you use to send the item out to the buyer.

Any sensible seller one way or another should put a return address on package. How else if for some reason buyer got nothing, you would have to refund, but package would not find its way back to you.
