Re: Selling

The last items you sold were 6 / 7 days ago long enough to wait for a pick up.

Send the buyer a polite message that if they cannot pick up the item in 24 / 48 hours, whichever suits you now.  If not,  you deem the item to be unwanted and you will be cancelling the order which will refund them.  I'm presuming they have paid ?

If no communication go top left of the item to View Order Details top right to More Actions.  From there select Cancel Order >>  Buyer Requests to Cancel.  This refunds the buyer and does not impact your seller performance.

Block them from returning,  add their ID here:

Re: Selling

You could email them and say you need the items collected by a certain date.  If they don't reply or don't collect by then you can cancel the transaction.   Or you can do that right away if you prefer.

Go to the dropdown arrow alongside the item on your orders page > Cancel order > Something wrong with buyer's address,  which is the nearest one to this situation as they're probably too far away to collect easily.
