Selling to CA from the UK on the global shipping programme

Has anyone else experienced problems where you set an item up to be available on the GSP (with no locations banned) and you have a seller who says the listing say the item can't be sent to them? Any ideas why this is or how this can be worked around?

We have temporarily paused UK GSP support to the US while we implement changes to reflect new US policy requirements.

This is being closely monitored and as soon as we have more updates on this we will let you know.
