You must upgrade to business seller, if not done ebay can permanently suspend you.
You are trading illegally.

I guess my question is how do you become a permitted seller? Im currently not selling cbd products. Just doing some research to see what's involved

Ebay won't even let you apply to sell CBD items unless you have a business account.

Ebay requires a seller who buys goods to sell to have a business account, whatever the goods.
Trading on a private account results also in a number of laws being broken.
Whatever you decide about CBD you need to upgrade your account.
