Selling and postage labels desperate help

Hi I made a sale , I accepted an offer from a buyer and didnt think anymore about it. The buyer sent label so all i thought i had to do was attach and send.Upon checking I noticed the label was no use as for 1-2kg and parcel weighed 5kg.

So I messaged the buyer and told him I would just cover cost buy postage and send him copy of new tracking etc.

CANNOT upload on my selling acc i have tried everything please help

You cannot add a new tracking number if you don't use eBay's Simple Delivery label.    All you can do is message the buyer with the new tracking details.   You would still be able to add the new number to a "Not received" case if the buyer opened one though.    The cost of the unused label will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days.
