Selling an item

Advice needed.
I’ve got an item for sale in the auction but feel that the reserve price is too low. If the reserve price is met do i still have to sell the item to the winner or can i cancel the sale and relist with a higher reserve price?

if the reserve is met you have to sell to that bidder,

if you refuse to honour the sale ebay will charge you 10% of the winning bid as well as the 4% fee for using the reserve that they have already charged,

you will be charged a further 4% of the reserve set if you relist.
