Hi, I bought an item and all good. I left positive feedback for seller. Seller left positive feedback also, HOWEVER left a Very negative comment by mistake copied from another sale that went bad. Seller has said they have tried to remove / revise comment but can't and needs me the biyer to contact eBay. I can't see how to resolve this.
Can anyone help please?
