Hi,
I bought a set of roof bars for my car last year and I've used them once which went fairly straight forward - I had some issues with the quality. I have come to use them again and one of the bars just won't work. I'm a pretty handy guy but I could not get it to work. I have emailed the seller to get a refund as they are less than 12 months old but have heard nothing.
Any ideas welcome. Thanks
