I contacted a seller during a bid asking them to retract my bid. They emailed back immediately saying as soon as I won it they would do so. A few days passed and the action wasn’t done. I’ve emailed a few times asking them to complete the request with no reply. I’ve now got an unpaid item case and I’ve emAiled again without response . Where do I stand ? Thanks
