Seller not answering my query

I've purchased an unlocked iPhone, however upon receiving the item it's locked. I received it on Thursday after sending 5 messages I finally received a reply saying that it was definitely unlocked and that they had an email confirming this, I've asked them to send me the details and unlocking code but again they are ignoring my messages, I've waited since Saturday for a reply, is there anything else I can do or should I just return the phone and request a refund
