I bought 4 items from a seller, paid straightaway and received the items quickly. There was no other interaction between me and the seller.
The seller left me half a negative comment, saying I had been difficult. I wasn't difficult.
Looking at his sales, the comment was meant for another buyer who had bought another item.
How do I get his negative comment removed from my Feedback?
He has followed his negative comment with a sort of apology, but people can still see the negative comment that was meant for another buyer.

Use this link to get a callback.
It's probably best to wait until tomorrow morning when you will hopefully be talking to Customer Service agents in Dublin.

You can ask ebay CS to remove that feedback.

Unfortunately your seller can't revise their own feedback, as eBay doesn't allow positive feedback to be changed.
The best way to get it removedit to contact customer support and report it for removal as "false positive" feedback.

How do I contact eBay customer support?
I clicked on a link I found and ended up getting a reply from a robot saying I had no negative feedback.
Yes I have, but it's under a positive.

I would not expect ebay to remove it, but why bother, it will drop off the bottom of the page and no one will ever see it again.
As it is positive it only stands out because of your long winded follow up.

eBay have seen sense and removed the wrong feedback.
