Seller Keeps Removing My Negative Feedback!!!

I bought some Topps Chrome 'Refractor' cards from seller, only to received standard base cards. I complained to the seller, who claimed they were 'silver refractor' cards, even though 'REFRACTOR' was not stated on the back. They were clearly standard base cards and it appears the seller was listing these cards with REFRACTOR cards on the main thumb, but secondary photos show the back of a base card. This fools buyers into seeing REFRACTOR cards but the seller could send base cards and claim they as advertised because they showed the back.

Obviously a scammer, so I left negative feedback warning of this misrepresentation. The seller then had eBay remove this. I left an additional negative, warning they were doing this, and they had it removed AGAIN. I called customer service and explained what was happening; the agent filed and complain and approved my negative feedback word for work. So I left this comment and guess what...? The seller had it removed AGAIN! So spoke to customer service again and they advise to make the negative as simple as possible so the seller would have less cause to have it removed, so:

"Title states REFRACTOR, but seller sent BASE CARDS"

Factual, accurate, clearly no breach of any feedback policy, and guess what? The seller had it removed a 4th time!

It seems this seller knows how to manipulate not just buyers, but eBay's feedback system itself. Feedback is supposed to have some room for expression if dissatisfaction, but it seems the more you say, the more cause you might give for sellers to have feedback removed. There is not though process in this, just a more automated, AI controlled and moronic way that feedback is being handled.
