I bought a steering wheel from eBay and the seller has reposted the exact same wheel on he’s page with the same pictures so I submitted and refund request the seller hasn’t answered and hasn’t responded to any of the message I have sent. It was ordered on the 18th and the seller hasn’t even shipped it yet does Amy know what I can do?

Check the last estimated delivery date on the listing and when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it to get your money back 3 complete working days later.
