Says funds available but balance is £0

eBay sale. I recently sold three items. All are shown as paid and funds available. I only got money for two items. The third says paid despatch which I have done and now says funds available but balance is £0.

You need to look at your account in PAYMENTS which shows all transactions just like a bank statement.

To find payments, on right of Seller hub page, MORE. Click and select all transactions.
