Ebay have decided to make it compulsory to use Simple delivery. For that you need a printer and a phone for QR codes. Its a very unfair system and forcing private sellers to look elsewhere to sell.

Well it' s not a ' new decision' , we were told this was to be mandatory for all Private Sellers last October. It's just been a very, very slow roll out.
You do not need a printer, you can use a phone, camera, iPad or similar device , to take a photo of the label /QR code, take to your PO they will print the label for you.
Worth taking a minute or two to read the latest eBay Announcement today, from eBay News top left of this page, quite a few good changes to Simple Delivery coming soon.

The thing is , its still boils down to needing a phone, camera, ipad etc. I prefer to wrap my parcel, take it to the post office and then pay postage. If ( although it doesn't happen often!) there are say 5 parcels getting a QR code for each one and not muddling them all up doesn't sound that simple. Will be looking at using another site shortly.

Exactly, not everyone has the facilities. It should be optional
