Royal Mail price increases 2 January 25

Hi everyone ,

Just wondered if anyone encountered a Royal Mail price rise that I think  eBay hadn't picked up in time 

I sent a parcel on 3 January 25  using the Royal Mail postal label prices on eBay.

Problem was that my buyer had to paid an additional £4.80 as 'underpaid postage ' to receive my parcel . Weight and size of parcel was correct. 

I ended up refunding my buyer once he demonstrated payment .

Royal Mail appeared to have raised prices on 2 Jan but I was able to purchase a label on 3 Jan through eBay at the ' old' price  .  

Cant seem to get any redress /refund from eBay

It would seem there looking to improve there Annoucements etc in the future,and no I can't see anything on the postage section about the increase in Jan.

Ebay however will not compensate your loss.
