Royal Mail International Labels - Still NO 4x6 Label Support

eBay still has no 4x6 label support for Royal Mail International Labels. You either have to print on A4 and cut the labels out and stick with sellotape 🤣 or print labels direct with Royal Mail which is just a pain. Royal Mail supports 4x6 and Etsy also support 4x6 for Royal Mail International postal services, so why is eBay still stuck on a4 printouts?

And yes, my settings are for 4x6.

Thank you for your post.

This issue has been raised by other users so I understand the frustration with it.  It is to do with the design aspect in the background and has been raised with our shipping department. There is no timescale in place currently for a change to the design but I will add you to the report along with the other users.
