How do I mark an issue as resolved. I requested an refund however seller kindly sent a replacement and said to dispose of faulty item. EBay are emailing asking ibreturn item. Hoiw do I mark issue as resolve.

Have you received the replacement item?.
I dont think you can actually close the case
Go to the bottom ot the page and the resolution centre and see what it says there.
I dont think it gives the option to close the dispute
Ebay give you a date by which you are to return the item and if you dont then the case will just time out.
If you have not received the replacement then you need to carry on with the dispute
as often replacelments do not arrive.
If yours has then you have a good seller
